Nobi USA welcomes three experienced and driven colleagues

Strong team has confidence in US market

Nobi is proud to announce the expansion of its US business development team. Three brand-new colleagues, Marc McGrann, Erich Klett and Pat Finley, have decades of experience in product development, networking and driving growth. They know better than anyone else how our technology can improve the quality of life for senior citizens – also in the US market. .

Marc McGrann, Director of Business Development, Consumer Markets

Marc McGrann has 10 years of experience developing innovative products for elderly care. He has considerable expertise in user-centred design and knows the needs of the elderly particularly well. Since 2011, he has played a crucial role in encouraging positive change in elderly care by working with personal emergency response devices (PERS) and by developing solutions for residential care homes..

Marc is recognised as a trusted leader in the industry. He is committed to improving the lives of senior citizens using impactful solutions. Before joining Nobi USA, he managed growth at Vayyar Imaging in North America. He created sales opportunities for product lines that focused on senior housing, healthcare and safety.

Erich A. Klett, Business Development Executive, West Region

Erich Klett has 19 years of experience in business-to-business healthcare, living solutions for senior citizens and the management of buildings for long-term care. He can look back on a strong career in driving revenue growth, building key relationships and delivering exceptional results.

Erich joins Nobi after working for Direct Supply, where he held various positions and was instrumental in the company's growth. As an account manager for technology solutions, he ensured revenue growth across platforms and services, while helping clients improve their results using new technology.

Pat Finley, Business Development Executive, Midwest Region

Pat Finley has extensive expertise in customer needs analysis, value-added solutions and in exceeding customer expectations. For almost 10 years, he has helped hundreds of operators across the country successfully implement customised technology solutions for numerous senior-living communities.

In his previous position, Pat was a key contributor to Direct Supply's growth by developing strategic sales plans and implementing strategies to improve sales and margins. His strong drive, proactive approach and proven skills in leading cross-functional teams make him well equipped to help build Nobi's success in the US.

Ready to conquer the US market

Niels Coch has headed Nobi's US team since 1 May this year. He was born in Belgium but has lived in the United States for 12 years. Before joining Nobi, he worked in healthcare technologies for 17 years. For the last seven years, the focus was on elderly care.

As head of Nobi USA, Niels focuses on long-term strategies and further business development – a challenge for which he can certainly use an enthusiastic team. He is therefore particularly pleased with the arrival of these 3 new colleagues.

"The feedback we are getting so far has been very positive, so the US market is clearly ready for Nobi. With Marc, Erich and Pat on board, we are in an even stronger position to further roll out our unique solutions and optimise the living experience of the elderly, their families as well as their caregivers in the US."
